Since the inception of the fund in 2002 over 4000 workers have participated in the ESL and literacy classes and 1200 grooms have graduated from the Groom Development Program. We believe that education is the greatest tool we can offer backstretch workers. And we design our classes to increase their knowledge as well as their ability to learn.
